10. CSI: Cyber
The fourth installment in the "CSI" franchise takes inspiration from the advanced technological work of a real cyberpsychologist named Mary Aiken. In it Special Agent Avery Ryan heads the FBI's Cyber Crime Division, a unit at the forefront of solving illegal activities that live online and play out in the real world. While other agents search for criminals in the streets, Avery knows how technology allows people to hide in the shadows of the Internet while committing serious crimes, and she spends her time searching the deep recesses of the Web, where anonymity protects, money is less-traceable, and almost anything imaginable is up for sale.

As Backstrom and his team handle the city's most sensitive cases, the detective tries -- and fails -- to modify his self-destructive tendencies. Three-time Emmy-nominee Rainn Wilson plays the titular role in this series created by executive producer Hart Hanson.

A man from the post-apocalyptic future, Cole uses a dangerous, untested method of time travel to get from 2043 to the present day. He is on a mission to locate and rid the world of the source of the plague that will eventually annihilate the human race. Assisting him is Dr. Cassandra Railly, a virologist who must decide whether to do harm in order to save the world -- regardless of the fact that she has taken the Hippocratic oath. The sci-fi series is based on Terry Gilliam's 1995 film, which starred Bruce Willis as Cole.

Based on chef Eddie Huang's best-selling memoir of the same name, "Fresh Off the Boat" takes a humorous look at the lives of immigrants in America. In the 1990s, Eddie, a hip-hop-loving 11-year-old, relocates with his parents and two brothers to suburban Orlando from the Chinatown section of Washington, D.C. As Eddie's dad, Louis, pursues the American dream by opening a western-themed restaurant named Cattleman's Ranch Steakhouse, Eddie and the rest of the family try to acclimate to their new, strange surroundings.

In 2022, a cataclysm strikes Earth, seemingly wiping out the population save for former family man and bank employee Phil Miller. Sad and very lonely, Phil travels the United States, Canada and Mexico in his RV searching for other survivors. Striving to hold onto hope that there is at least one other living person out there, he tries to make the best of circumstances until his path finally crosses with that hoped-for other survivor -- and all the more comforting if that person happens to be a woman.

1. Better Call Saul
